Isolation claws at my eyes and the walls are closing in
Distant voices are hushed to a whisper not audible to most
The ashtray, it overflows yet I don't seem to care

I take that shot of whiskey upon my crucifix
A warm sensation comes over me and I dream my life away
A thought pops up inside my head:
I'll die another day

I'll go to sleep and then wake up and live that same old shit
I'll do my drugs until they are gone and then I will throw that fit
So for now I will just get high and when I run out I will just want to die
I'll hold my breath and wait for death and wish I was somewhere else
